It aims to respond to changing parish dynamics by offering formation programmes, enhancing youth ministry, and ensuring consistent lay ministry across dioceses. By designing tailored initiatives for different life stages and empowering youth through leadership and mentorship, An Ghailíl fosters active participation in parish life. It also monitors and supports these efforts to maintain a cohesive approach to ministry and education.
